For people who live alone it is advisable that they participate in our alarm monitoring service.

How monitoring service works:

​

• Client raises an alert through their personal safety alarm

• Alarm connects to our monitoring team where a trained consultant will contact the client 

• The consultant identifies the issue and determines if loved ones or friends should be called to assist, or if they should contact the emergency services directly  

• The consultant will stay with the client until help arrives
